as Open when has not yet been Awarded to a Developer.

Project |

Specific functional coding
requests are posted as Projects on the site. These are
available for development by an Awarded Developer after
the Request process.

Project Coordinator |

Projects listed on the site
will be managed by the Project Coordinator at Mitosystems.
Developers will communicate to this person during the
Request and development processes.

Register |
| |
All Developers will be asked
to Register with MitoSystems to be considered for Project
work. Registration helps us match the right Developers
with the right Projects according to skill base and
experience.

Request |

Developers Request to be
considered for a Project by becoming Registered and
submitting a Request form on a Project. The Project
Coordinator determines which Developer will be Awarded
according to the information submitted.

Standards |
| |
The MitoSystems Mitopia™ environment
requires that code is designed to these particular rules
and Standards. It is very important that these be closely
followed for successful Completion of the Project.

| 13. |
Value |
| |
The Value is
the $US amount MitoSystems will pay the Awarded Developer
for producing Project Deliverables on time and according
to Standards and specifications.
