The Process - How does it all work?

1. Projects will be posted in summary format. Anyone can peruse the projects list to identify areas of particular knowledge and competence.

2. Click on View Details to see specific requirements of a project.

3. Developers must register to in order to Request a project.

4. At the close of the project submission period, all candidates will be reviewed. One will be issued a ticket to execute the task within the timeframe specified. Others will be informed of their non-selection.

5. The awarded developer will be given an ftp address location where specific instructions about the task and required portions of code are listed. The developer and project coordinator at MitoSystems will communicate through this secure layer. When the code is completed the developer will submit it to this same ftp location for review and testing by MitoSystems.

6. Specific milestones exist for each project. Communication and delivery according to the milestones and deliverables as listed must be reviewed with the project coordinator at MitoSystems.

7. As long as the milestones are met and deliverables found to be complete and satisfactory, the developer will be paid according to the schedules designated in the project definition.
